Signup, access & amenities
- A $100 admin fee is required at signup.
- 10 days’ notice is required to cancel your spot.
- ACCESS: Enter a 4-digit code in the Storage Agreement. This will be your access code followed by #. For example, 1234# opens the gate. The automatic gate entry on Youngsville Highway allows 24/7 monitored access.
- Grey and black water dumping is available on site.
- Electrical power is available at all covered and select uncovered spots.
- A pressure washer and 30-amp power are available at the Wash Station.

Enclosed storage Complete your agreement
An 18-month lease. Choose 10′ ($100/month), 20′ ($125/month), standard 40′ ($175/month), or 40′ HC / High Cube ($200/month). High Cube is 9′6″ tall outside, one foot taller than standard. For High Cube, select “40 ft HC” in the agreement; monthly base rent fills in as $200. Have your selected unit number ready.

What can I store?
We offer covered and uncovered storage for RVs, boats, trailers and work equipment. Contact us if you’re unsure whether your vehicle or equipment fits a listed space.
How much does storage cost?
Uncovered spaces range from $60 to $100 per month. Covered spaces range from $100 to $170 per month. Your rate depends on the size and location; see available spaces for the exact price.
Is there a signup fee?
Yes. A $100 admin fee is required at signup. This allows us to require only 10 days’ notice to cancel your storage spot.
Can I access my vehicle outside office hours?
Tenants have 24-hour gated access. Gate access is separate from staff availability. Contact us to arrange a visit or ask about access setup.
Does completing the agreement reserve my space?
Your completed agreement notifies us so we can confirm your space and next steps. It does not automatically hold a space or confirm a reservation.
How do I choose the right size?
Compare the listed dimensions with the overall length and width of your vehicle, including its trailer or hitch. If you’re unsure, call us before choosing.
Are office spaces available?
All offices are currently leased. Storage remains our focus; contact us if you’d like to ask about future office availability.
