At 2809 Youngsville Highway, a former drill pipe inspection yard found a new purpose. Alex Hoover and Jacob Griffin saw room for RVs, boats and the people who keep Youngsville moving—and put in the work to bring that vision to life.
How it all started
An old work yard. A new chapter.
For roughly 40 years, the property at 2809 Youngsville Highway was used by several companies as a drill pipe cleaning and inspection yard. IOS was the most recent operator. After the yard sat unused for several years, founders Alex Hoover and Jacob Griffin discovered it.
Both outdoorsmen, Alex and Jacob immediately recognized the layout as a natural fit for much-needed RV and boat storage in Youngsville, Louisiana. The property has three buildings totaling about 40,000 square feet under roof. The front building includes approximately 13,000 square feet of office, warehouse and wash bay space. The two storage buildings provide 56 covered spaces, with an additional 200 open parking spaces across the property. The stabilized outdoor yard—with 10 inches of limestone and French drains—provided a practical foundation for outdoor parking.
Turning that potential into Wildman Warehouse took a couple of years of hard work: repairing plumbing and electrical systems, cleaning up the yard and getting the property ready for customers. Slowly, the spaces filled and a community took shape. That hands-on work continued: a December 2023 update showed drainage improvements around the yard, with progress shared on Facebook.
Today, Wildman has become a hub for sportsmen and local businesses. We built it around simple functionality and utility: useful space, a convenient layout and a hometown place for work and adventure.

Meet the founders
Alex Hoover & Jacob Griffin
Founded in 2022, Wildman began with a simple need: room for the boats, RVs and equipment that do not always fit in a neighborhood driveway. Born and raised in Louisiana, Alex and Jacob share a love of wildlife, hunting, fishing and the great outdoors. They understood the challenge of making room at home for the equipment that makes work and recreation possible.
Their commitment to Christ, their families and the communities they serve shapes the feel of Wildman Warehouse. What began as a storage idea has grown into a place where neighbors, sportsmen and local business owners cross paths.

Patriot Fluid Transfer Solutions
At the end of 2022, Alex and Jacob opened Patriot Fluid Transfer Solutions on the same property. Today, Patriot occupies the building at the front of Wildman Warehouse.
Patriot stocks and fabricates industrial hose assemblies, fittings, accessories and fluid conveyance products. Its solutions include hydraulic hoses, flexible metal hoses, chemical and petroleum hoses, industrial utility hoses and expansion joints.
Serving customers across the Gulf Coast, Patriot helps businesses find practical fluid transfer solutions for industries including oil and gas, petrochemical, marine, transportation and construction.
