Start with a 10′ unit for a compact storage need. Choose 20′ for more belongings or job supplies, or 40′ when your business needs extra room. The 40′ HC (High Cube) option adds one foot of exterior height, at 9′6″ tall.

Choose 10′, 20′, standard 40′ or 40′ HC and share the dimensions of anything large.
We'll confirm availability and fit, then review the 18-month contract and $100 setup/admin fee with you.
Once your agreement and signup are complete, we'll confirm your assigned unit and gate-access details.

Start with what you need to store, then leave space to reach it. Our Youngsville units offer four options for tools, boxed belongings and business supplies.
A compact option to consider for boxed seasonal items, smaller tools and riding gear. Plan an aisle so the items at the back stay reachable.
10′ long × 8′ wide, nominal exterior.
Consider this option when you have more tools, packaged supplies or business inventory. Sketch the shelves, larger items and access space you need.
20′ long × 8′ wide, nominal exterior.
Consider a longer unit for bulkier gear or a larger inventory. Keep frequently used supplies near the doors and allow room to move items out.
40′ long × 8′ wide, nominal exterior.
Choose the extra-height option when taller items or your storage plan need more headroom. Confirm the door opening before choosing it for equipment.

Send us overall length, width and height, including handles, mirrors, roofs or roll cages. For a trailer, include the hitch. Nominal exterior measurements are not usable interior dimensions. Ask us to confirm the assigned unit’s clear door opening and interior space before you sign or arrange delivery.
The main entrance is on Youngsville Highway at Griffin Road. Customer gate access is available 24/7 after signup and confirmation. Before bringing a trailer or having bulky equipment delivered, discuss turning space, unloading, door access and any ramp or power needs with Jacob and Alex. Shelving, loading equipment and electrical connections are not included by these illustrations.
Enclosed units require an 18-month agreement and a $100 setup/admin fee. Confirm that your intended items and use are permitted under your agreement; ask before storing fueled equipment or materials needing special handling.
Long-term storage in Louisiana
Our enclosed containers do not control temperature or humidity. Choose storage suited to your belongings, especially paper records, electronics and other moisture-sensitive items.
Dry belongings before packing. Use suitable containers and keep stored items away from damp surfaces so you can inspect around them.
Leave an aisle and space to look for moisture or leaks. Check stored belongings periodically and after severe weather. Report water intrusion to us promptly.
Moisture absorbers may help with excess humidity; follow their labels and replace them as needed. They do not replace climate control or repair a leak.
Follow manufacturers’ storage instructions. If an item needs controlled conditions, choose storage that provides them rather than relying on a sealed bin.

Enclosed storage is a separate container unit with walls, a roof and doors. Covered parking is a vehicle space beneath a roof. Choose enclosed storage for belongings and supplies, and ask us about parking for RVs, boats and trailers.
No. This offer is for non-climate-controlled enclosed storage. Temperature and humidity can change. Ask us about suitability before storing items that require controlled conditions.
Enclosed units require an 18-month contract. Monthly rent is $100 for a 10′ unit, $125 for a 20′ unit and $175 for a standard 40′ unit, or $200 for a 40′ HC (High Cube) unit. A $100 setup/admin fee is required at signup for all sizes. Review the agreement with us for the complete terms.
The 10′, 20′ and 40′ sizes describe nominal exterior container lengths, not usable interior length. Door openings and interior dimensions are smaller. Give us your item measurements before choosing a unit, particularly for equipment or oversized items.
Use “Ask about a unit” or call us to check availability. An inquiry does not reserve a unit. We'll confirm the assigned unit and the enclosed-storage agreement before you move in.
Confirm your unit availability, then complete the enclosed-storage agreement. ACH bank payment is preferred. The $100 setup/admin fee is nonrefundable once earned; no security deposit is collected.
