Electrical power

Electrical power is available at all covered spaces and select uncovered spaces. The introduction shows weather-protected GFCI outlets used around the property.

Before plugging in, contact us about the outlet serving your assigned space, your battery-maintenance needs and permitted electrical use. Ask about any appliances or equipment you plan to run.

One more little thing to get you trip-ready

RV dump stations & water hose

You’ll find the RV dump station at the northeast corner of the property. Empty your grey and black water tanks here, and use the water hose for tank flushing. Look for the Dump Station sign and the bright green hose shown below.

  1. Follow the hose to its valve and turn on the water when you’re ready.
  2. Follow your RV manufacturer’s instructions for emptying and flushing your tanks.
  3. Turn the valve off when finished and return the hose neatly to its holder.
Bring your water pressure regulator. Always use a regulator when connecting city water to your RV, set to your RV manufacturer’s recommended pressure. Water at this tap can be 60–75 psi, according to Wildman Warehouse.

For fresh-water tank filling, check with us about the designated water connection and use a separate potable-water hose. Keep fresh-water and waste-tank flushing hoses separate.

It’s one more little thing that helps you get ready for your trip a little quicker. Thanks for your business!

Your base camp in Youngsville

Alex Hoover and Jacob Griffin founded Wildman Warehouse in 2022 after recognizing how much local sportsmen needed room for boats, RVs and trailers. A former drill-pipe cleaning and inspection yard became a practical home for outdoor gear and local businesses.

Our goal is simple: affordable, convenient storage with functionality, utility and a hometown welcome. Meet the owners and read our story.

We share property news and improvements on Facebook. Follow the page, share a post or tag a friend—word of mouth helps a local business grow.
